Object of the Service
Hekalis provides medical practice management SaaS software including agenda, Electronic Patient Record (EPR), and prescription issuance. The service is accessible via subscription.
Practitioner Status
Access to medical features is reserved for practitioners registered with a professional order and having a valid professional identification number (e.g., RPPS).
Liability Limits
Hekalis is a management support tool and not an automatic medical diagnostic device. The practitioner retains full responsibility for their actions and prescriptions. Hekalis shall not be held liable for any medical error related to incorrect data entry.
Availability and SLA
Hekalis commits to a 99.9% annual availability rate. Maintenance operations are carried out, as far as possible, outside standard clinic opening hours (10:00 PM - 06:00 AM).
Data Recoverability
In the event of termination, Hekalis guarantees data portability. The client has 90 days to export their patient files in a structured format (JSON or standardized PDF).
